The Israeli legal NGO Shurat HaDin filed a petition in a Jerusalem court earlier seeking to block US Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) from being allowed entry into the Jewish state. The Times of Israel reports that Shurat HaDin asked the Jerusalem District Court to demand that Interior Minister Aryeh Deri deny Omar’s entry during her visit to Israel with other members of Congress later this month.
Shuran HaDin said its petition included proof of Omar’s activities supporting the BDS movement, including her sponsorship of a bill to allow boycotting Israel earlier this month and also cited a recent tweet by US President Donald Trump calling on Omar and Tlaib to apologize to Israel, the White House and the American people due to their “horrible statements.” And now, Under intense pressure from President Trump, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government on Thursday barred Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib, members of the United States Congress from entering Israel and reversing a previous decision to admit the two only on official visit.
Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib are considered as Trump’s most outspoken critics and are vocal supporters of the Palestinians and the movement called Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions, or B.D.S.
Despite being criticized not only by Democrats but also by some top Republicans, this movejoined Mr. Trump and Mr. Netanyahu even more closely as partners against their mutual adversaries as the prime minister faces a critical election next month.

Congresswoman Ilhan Omar (D-Min) responded earlier to “send her back” chants that erupted at one of President Donald Trump’s rallies by posting a photo of herself and Speaker Nancy Pelosi on a visit to Africa. “They said ‘send her back’ but Speaker [Pelosi] didn’t just make arrangement to send me back, she went back with […]

That is what she deserves. She is a disrespectful low life.
Rep. Omar is not only an enemy of the Jewish State, but also an enemy of America. She and Rep. Tlaib deny the right of Israel to exist and have shown by their rhetoric that they would not hesitate to besmirch Jewish people and try to advance the cause of Hamas in Gaza and the West Bank. Israel is right to deny Omar entry. Tlaib has proved that she had nefarious intentions when she was allowed entry to visit her grandmother and then declined to visit on political grounds. Her hatred for Israel is truly greater than her love of her grandmother.
