New reports has it that a former top FBI lawyer James Baker who is currently under investigation alongside Andrew McCabe for leaking classified information has been exposed for being responsible for the bogus
Carter Page FISA which was illegally used to spy on then candidate Trump, he was also the driving force behind Obama’s illegal FISA 702 program.

From The Hill: “Americans should be alarmed that the NSA is vacuuming up their emails and phone calls without warrant using the FISA 702 program. Claiming it has rules to protect our privacy, but it turns out those rules are weak with loopholes and violated again and again.”

The FISA 702 program empowers the NSA to spy on foreign powers and to retain and use certain intercepted data that was incidentally collected on Americans under strict privacy protections. Wrongly collected information is supposed to be immediately destroyed. (source - The Hill)
