According to new reports by The New York Times, FBI opened a secret investigation back in 2017 to determine whether President Trump was secretly a Russian agent. This came as a result of Trump’s
firing of former FBI Director James Comey.




From Fox News: “In the days President trump fired James Comey, FBI and law enforcement agents became concerned about the president’s behavior that they began investigating whether he’d been working on behalf of Russia and whether the president’s action constituted a threat to national security and if trump had unknowingly fallen under Moscow’s influence.”




Later on, Special Counsel Robert Mueller took over the secret investigation and it is now a part of the Mueller’s witch-hunt against President trump and till date, no evidence has been made public to tie Trump to Russia.
