On Friday, Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch published a transcript from their August 22 hearing where Judge Royce Lamberth provided fresh discovery and witnesses on the email case of Hillary Clinton. Judge Lamberth, a Reagan appointee blasted State Department lawyers defending Hillary Clinton who were working to cover up her email scandal.
‘There is no FOIA exemption for political expedience, nor is there one for bureaucratic incompetence,’ Judge Lamberth said warning the government lawyers. Judge Lamberth also criticized the State Department’s handling and production of Clinton’s emails in this case stating, “There is no FOIA [Freedom of Information Act] exemption for political expedience, nor is there one for bureaucratic incompetence.”

In the beginning of their oral arguments, lawyers for the State Department wrongfully stated that Judicial Watch could no longer continue their discovery. The court stopped their arguments saying that Judicial Watch can continue to find more evidence in this case:
STATE DEPARTMENT: … it is, of course, Judicial Watch’s burden to explain to Your Honor why there has been good cause to reopen discovery now that discovery has closed in this case.
THE COURT: Well, I didn’t close discovery. So your premise is wrong.
STATE DEPARTMENT: Fair enough, Your Honor. Whether you want to call it closed or not, it is still. THE COURT: I didn’t close it. I said I would have a status after they took this initial discovery, and that’s what I’m doing today. I didn’t close discovery.
STATE DEPARTMENT: That’s right, Your Honor, but it is still Judicial Watch’s —
THE COURT: So they don’t need any good cause — STATE DEPARTMENT: Whether
THE COURT: Today the good cause continues from whether or not State was acting in good faith, and I’ll tell you everything they’ve discovered in this period raises serious questions about what the hell the State Department’s doing here.
I’m ‘s about time we got to the Truth! They’ve hidden it long enough although we all knew the Truth all along. If she is still running free, you surely won’t let her run for President again! ? How are we to ever trust anyone in the Federal Government again, especially the Judicial Counsel and all of the three letter agencies? They are supposed to protect We The People, not cover for each other? Frightens me, I pray for our Country’s survival. We do not want NWO or Socialism, it has been proven not to work! Mary , well said . It's should be that simple but wheres the advange to the adversary if all are equal in basic rights ; without syndicated gains or promotions theres no attraction less hate .
They cannot let her go free.If they do,then it will destroy America .No one is perfect but this womsn has committed crimes that are well known to Americans.No one can trust the FBI or justice department anymore allready.If these judges and courts let a criminal like Hillary go then they wont trust the courts and the dems will keep up with thier criminal behavior because they know that there is no justice in America.Someone needs to realize that we cant let criminals go just because they have money or because they are popular or because they are afraid of the FBI.This has to stop.Ask our soldirrs who fight for this country if they believe in justice.The dems are good liars and we all know that.
If Hillary goes free as predicted, we will all know that there are two sets of justice, one for HRC and friends, and one for us deplorables. Lets hope President Trump keeps his promise and she's behind bars before his second term.
