According to GATEWAY PUNDIT, Attorney General William Barr released a statement Saturday on the investigations into the death of Jeffrey Epstein in an apparent suicide while in federal custody at the Manhattan Correctional Center in New York City early Saturday morning.
From The United States Department Of Justice – Attorney General William P. Barr issued the following statement: “I was appalled to learn that Jeffrey Epstein was found dead early this morning from an apparent suicide while in federal custody. Mr. Epstein’s death raises serious questions that must be answered. In addition to the FBI’s investigation, I have consulted with the Inspector General who is opening an investigation into the circumstances of Mr. Epstein’s death.”
From his statement, it is clear that the Attorney General is willing to get to the bottom of it all so as to know the truth behind Jeffrey Epstein’s death. People close to Epstein fear he was murdered…as Epstein told authorities someone tried to kill him in a previous incident weeks earlier. He was described as being in good spirits in recent days.
The billionaire, who had powerful friends including Bill Clinton, was found dead in his cell on Saturday – days after being taken off suicide watch. Speculation is mounting that Epstein, 66, was attacked so he could not go on trial for allegedly running a global child sex ring.
